Lower Kingswood is located 20 miles south of London astride the A217 and includes the surrounding areas of Margery, Mogador and Mugswell.

As well as the A217 providing a direct route to London, the A3 is only 15 minutes away and the A22, A23, A24 & A25 even closer.

Lower Kingswood is surrounded by (Green Belt) land. To the West and North lies Barnstead Heath, to the East the rolling hills and fields reminiscent of North Devon and to the South Reigate Hill and Colley Hill with spectacular views over the North Downs and all points South.

Reigate and Redhill are the nearest towns with Banstead, Epsom and Sutton all readily accessible.
